Know the Law
(This is a  classroom presentation and does not include handling any firearms.)

This FREE class introduces the high points of legal issues that arise when you are involved in a self defense situation.
It begins with information applicable in all states, then adds Arkansas-specific content. Content is from USCCA and additional national level authorities on the subject.

When you survive a self defense encounter, legal issues will start immediately, and may continue for days, months, or years. Costs can be very high, both financially and emotionally. Knowing how self defense law works ahead of time can get you ready to make key decisions from the beginning, and how to deal with police, investigators, and lawyers to navigate the process.
For deeper discussion of key issues, illustrative scenarios, and a free copy of the USCCA book Should I Shoot? (costs $30 from USCCA), register for the course "The Legal Use of Force including Arkansas Law."

Your instructors are Guest Instructor Craig Shelton, graduate of the Law of Self Defense Instructor Program, and NRA, USCCA, and Ark State Police CHCL Instructor (#21-1519); and GunSTAR owner & Chief Instructor Paula Ardans, USCCA, NRA and Ark State Police CERTIFIED FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR (#21-1499), and USCCA Training Counselor (instructor trainer).
